The Window opened over Memorial Day weekend 2025, when island veterans Randy and Ryan turned a small kitchen behind the bar at Butler and Tybrisa into a proper grab-and-go window. There are no seats and no dining room — just fluffy, buttery biscuits with the right amount of crisp, generous portions, and warm, friendly service that feels like Tybee.
Word travels fast on a small island. After a post went viral, The Window sold out two days straight. Come early — when the biscuits are gone, they're gone.
